“Layer Cake'' with artists, Frances Johnson, Jen Denzin and Jonathan Scott, is an all-out visual feast with an element of cake-smashing tradition. Messy, oozy, and indulgent. It is the smooshing of detail, colour, form, sound and audience participation, a celebration for the senses and a kind-of curatorial hedonism.
