About the artwork:
Les Lumières sur des Vagues à la Plage (Newcastle Beach)
Lights on the Waves at the Beach
When I lived at Newcastle Beach, one of my favourite memories was walking along the shore as the evening light faded.
The reflections on the water created a wonderful, dynamic dance—textures, colours, and shapes in constant motion.
Street and car headlights reflected in the ebb and flow of the waves.
This work recalls those memorable walks on Newcastle Beach when light and water interacted in an ever-changing dialogue.
