this ceramic artwork explores the notions of cultural loss and identity. This body of work solidifies Korean instant noodles into permanency of ceramics. As a Korean born adoptee, a sense of disconnection of my heritage is apparent. instant comfort bought at my convenience evokes a taste of belonging from a consumer motif.
