‘Mother Earth’ was created using my photographic work as well as Artificial Intelligence. I worked with my original portrait taken on a Nikon z7 mark ii with a 70mm lens. I then worked with Artificial Intelligence to embellish my chosen theme for the artwork. I was absolutely blown away by the close relationship I created with ‘The Bot’ through this process. We spoke long into the night until I was able to translate through words what my imagination sort out. Once I had the final image chosen I re-edited it with Photoshop, Lightroom and Camera Raw.

Mother Earth is about the future, our relationship to advancing technology & our relationship to our planet. How will we combine the two worlds? Where is technology leading? what will happen to artists as AI advances? As I worked on this piece I actually felt excited about the way I could combine my photographic skills with AI in what felt like a powerful partnership, however it did not stop me pondering the above questions
