What propels my practice forward is my investigation of the human body in all its frailties and strengths. After 30 years as a nurse practitioner, I'm now delving into the study of human life through drawing.. In this pose the model felt vulnerable to me and it seemed appropriate to place her in a shower setting, where she is seemingly despondent, desolate, even in danger.
