This piece explores the relationship between structure and movement, how repetition and small variations in line and colour can create movement and energy. The curved grid shape feels alive, and I wanted the structure to shift slightly across the surface. The process was slow and intentional, becoming a calming and meditative experience. The reddish-pink background colour adds contrast and pressure, almost like its being held in. I left patches of colour showing on purpose to keep the felling of being imperfect and human. Although it is abstract, it can be read in many different ways.
