Entries for the Newcastle Club Foundation Art Prize (NCFAP) 2025 are NOW OPEN!

Previously exclusively a painting prize, we are excited to announce that this year the prize is expanding to include works across the following 2d media: painting, photo media, mixed media, and drawing.

Theme: Newcastle - Artists are invited to create an artwork in the above media in response to their interpretation and or personal experience of Newcastle and or the Hunter.

The submitted work must be accompanied by a paragraph that outlines how the work responds to the theme plus a short biography.

Total prize money of $15,000:

The Newcastle Club Foundation Art Prize (Acquisitive) $12,000

The Newcastle Club Members’ Choice Award (Non-Acquisitive) $1,000

The Newcastle Club Foundation Fresh Talent Award (Non-Acquisitive) $1,000

The Newcastle Club Foundation & NAS Staff Choice Award (Non-Acquisitive) $1,000
