By purchasing this ticket you are supporting our annual Creative Program of exhibitions and artists opportunities including the Hunter Emerging Art Prize, Mentorship Program and open call exhibitions— helping us to support Hunter artists to grow, develop, and thrive.
Here's how the Art Raffle works:
The number of raffle tickets available is matched exactly to the number of artworks donated by our generous artists. That means every ticket holder is guaranteed to win a unique, original artwork to keep.
How & when will the Art Raffle be drawn?
The Art Raffle will be drawn on Saturday 14th June 2025 at approximately 7pm at Newcastle Art Space. This will coincide with the launch event of our June exhibition: a mesmerising solo show by Jen Denzin!
The event is free for all to attend and runs from 5pm
The raffle will be drawn the old-fashioned way!
We will include paper copies of all tickets which will be publicly drawn at random by our host MC. All donated artworks will be on display and ticket holders will be given the artwork they win to take home as each one is drawn.
Please bring confirmation of your ticket purchase (you will receive an email from us), or some ID, as you may need these to claim your artwork.
How many tickets can I buy?
At this stage we suggest you buy only one ticket to ensure as many people as possible get the opportunity to win an artwork.
What if I can't make it to the raffle draw?
No worries! You don't need to be there to participate, you just need to purchase a ticket.
All tickets sold will be included in the raffle and when yours is drawn we'll keep your artwork safe and contact you to arrange a time for you to collect the work. If you require work to be posted we can arrange this at cost.
