This artwork is indicative of my painting practice with the shape placement and areas of rough texture but also shows the beginning of my experimentation with different colours; with my choosing harmonious and gentle hues instead of my usual bright and bold swatches. I started with an idea to create an abstract landscape and tried to produce emotion and movement within my work.
