We regularly have spaces available for rent in our selection of studios on site at Newcastle Art Space in Tighes Hill, NSW. Studio Artists gain access to a fun and supportive environment, with opportunities to promote their practice, exhibit, attend and deliver workshops, masterclasses and networking events.
We seek artists who are committed to their professional art practice and who are interested in being actively engaged in our creative hub.
SHARED PHOTO STUDIO AVAILABLE 1ST MAY 2024
We currently have space available for two photographers to share the Photo Studio (studio 12) with our existing photographer.
The studio offers a modern, clean environment for photography and video work. There are three painted walls (white, gray, black) available as backdrops as well as backdrop paper. The studio features a makeup mirror and has direct access to the outside. Included with general rental are three heavy-duty C-Stands (1.5 – 3 metres) on wheels and six sandbags. Lighting equipment can be made available (to be negotiated). There is a set of video lights (fluorescent and LED) and a set of strobe lights with radio triggers.
