About the artwork:
During the Pandemic I have observed an increase in the number of youths, especially young women visiting Merewether baths, both summer and winter months. In the summer's heat it has been the attraction of the soothing easterly sea breeze and the refreshing salt water washing daily stress and heat away. The winter's ocean bite on the other hand bringing a surge of life, a sense of conquest and accomplishment in these difficult times. A moment under the rays of the sun to take the mind away.
