Karen Wells is a lawyer of over 20 years experience. She has spent her career working with people on the margins of society, and brings her analytical skills and sense of fairness and balance to her role as Board member.
Before the law, she began her working life as an artist potter following training in Japan. In 2021 she was fortunate enough to be selected to be part of NAS’ Mentorship Program. This allowed her to reconnect more fully into the world of clay. She is grateful to have had that opportunity and subsequently became a Board member with the aim of helping to grow such enriching opportunities for others through furthering the core business of NAS.
