About the artwork:
The topography of an artist's space is the most interesting space one could find themselves in. Half-finished works, piles of magazine clippings, paraphernalia occupying every nook and cranny; it is a built environment crafted by the need to create. My home-studio in East Maitland is an ever-changing space as it shifts with my tangents, idiosyncrasy and inspirations at a particular time. It is my sanctuary. A place I go to paint. A place I go to sit.
