Snow on the Barringtons
About the artwork:
The Barrington ranges dominate the views of the Hunter Valley looking North. They are an ecological wonderland, and sometimes during Winter it just may snow. My painting depicts that time of year when snow can delicately top the highest mountains. The forest below is dark and dense and I have attempted to capture its mysterious uniqueness.
