About the artwork:
This work mines memories of home on the farm near Jerrys Plains - now an open cut coal mine. I sketch, explore and process the remembered fragments of elements of nature, objects, intersections, spatial dimensions, perceptions, histories and narratives in a connected visual pattern. I still call this place home.

I was born and raised on Wonnarua country near Jerrys Plains. This place is now an open cut coal mine. The land I own near Scone operates under Biodiversity Stewardship protecting the environment.
