Post Covid Psychosis is a visual excavation of psychological rupture. These self portrait works made between the period of 2019-2022 before, during and just after covid. During this time my life changed quite drastically along with my mental health.

I decided to form these into a collage to embody the beauty and painfully chaotic time in my life. These self portraits along with many others helped lead me to discovering a new version of myself while grieving the old life I left behind.
