This piece is a reflection on my early childhood when I first arrived in Australia and how it was all the small differences that stayed with me. Before moving to Australia I'd never seen a sign like this, along with so many other uniquely Australian idiosyncrasy's and pieces of iconography that make up the regional landscape. All of these things transport me back to that homely feeling that comes with being in rural Australian towns and all of their quirks.
