The Bengali Tiger
We had been looking for Bengali tigers for what seemed like hours! Our guide telling us that there was a female and three cubs close by. We stared into the undergrowth from our truck, trying to make out small movements or snatches of their golden colour.
Eventually it was time to leave! Then as we drove along the path, a majestic male tiger came towards in full view. Such an incredible sight as male tigers are so rare.
He sauntered past us into the undergrowth, and we watch him with utter amazement. We gasped at his powerful muscular body with his beautiful reddish orange coat and prominent black stripes. Then he returned towards us and stared at us with his piercing eyes. That moment just had to be captured, so I obliged!
